Nathan Smith

I was born and raised in the city of Olympia and look forward to serving the residents here of the great PNW! My parents became realtors with Van Dorm back in 2018 and after coming back home from Washington State University, I have found that my time would be best served joining them in their real estate endeavors as a licensed broker. 

I have learned a lot from my parents' experiences as real estate professionals as well as my own experience with real estate investments. I manage an investment property in Pullman Washington that I currently have set as a short-term rental. I help my parents with other investments that we manage collectively as a family here locally. 

In 2020, I graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Bachelor of Arts in Music. During my time there I played the trumpet in the Cougar Marching Band. In my spare time I enjoy being outside either hiking, swimming, snowboarding, or motorcycle riding. 

The real estate world has been intriguing since I started getting involved years ago. There have been many interesting aspects and nuances that I learn about every day. I wish to share and learn more with others, especially those new to home ownership. I have been fortunate to have guidance in every step I have taken, I hope to share the same guidance and services that is deserved by all. Confidence in home buying is something that every client deserves and should strive for.
